LATEST AUDIENCE REACTION
ABDUCTION caught me entirely by surprise. The filmmakers have exceptional access....To put it succintly, this is one of the most emotionally draining films that I've seen in ages. If someone doesn't acquire this immediately, I'll have to start a company and do it myself.

I am really glad to know your movie "ABDUCTION The Megumi Yokota Story".
I am from Tokyo, Japan. and this is really serious problem for us.
I hope western world know this unbelievable and fearful incident.
By the way, I also worry about the BSE (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy: called “Mad Cow Disease" and " Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease") problem and todays situation in USA.
England and Japan know this problem since 1990's.
so we are very careful for eating beef meat including the spinal cord.
This disease is also found with cow in USA in 2003.
However, US govenment and mass media(TV station, newspaper, magazines, etc) doesn't report and feed information to public.
Even The Newsweek Magazine in Japan warned how serious this problem, but Newsweek in US keep queit since that.
The scholar says, the beef meat industory has strong power against Bush. They made huge amount of donation for Bush, and govenment put some ppl from the industory in the Department of Agriculture.
If citizen eat meats with BSE (CJD) and infected, ppl can not stand by themselves.
Fortunately there is no patient in Japan yet, however England experience several.
I wish someone in US raise this problem.
